Placed orders will be processed in the shortest time possible. The preparation and expedition of each order can take up to 3 work days. Orders made in local weekend/holiday days will be treated the next available business day. Standard shipping cost for The Netherlands: 5,95 euros
For all online orders above 60 euros (or equivalent value), shipment is offered. No promotion codes nor coupon required. Standard shipping cost EU: 12,90 euros (or equivalent value). For any out-of-stock products, the rest of your order will be prepared and shipped normally except for the missing items. We will notify you via email the expected in-stock date, it will ship when available at no extra charge.

Our customer service will take contact with you in the shortest time to give you an appropriate answer. In case you want to return a product the expedition charges will be up to you, we are unable to refund the original shipping charges unless the return is the result of our error.
